I learned how to program in 2001 after purchasing Learning Perl, downloading Red Hat, and surfing the internet every time I got stuck. Over the years, I've picked up php, java, C, C++, matlab, and R - mainly by surfing the internet.
I feel like I owe something to all of the programmers out there that have taken the time to post and explain their code so that other programmer could learn from it. So this site is my way to try and give a little back. Whenever I solve a little computational problem whose solution I couldn't find on the internet, I try to post it here, so that others don't have to solve the same problem.
Most of the code on this site will be related to web programming in php, perl, C, javascript, html, and css as those are the technologies and languages I'm most familiar with.
